How can I pay my selected Monopony?

You have following options to pay a Monopony: You can pay your selected Monopony in the online shop with either credit card or PayPal and it will be sent directly to your home. Or you have the option to pick up your selected Monopony from us in Zurich and pay it in cash.

How long do I have to wait for my Monopony after I have made the payment?

Once the payment has reached us the Monopony will be sent. The shipping takes 2-4 business days.

What should I do if my Monopony is broken?

Our liability is limited to the quality of the products. In case of defective quality of a product, only its value will be replaced. For any further damage, we disclaim liability.

Monopony offers a warranty period of one year. Damage caused by usage, such as the wear out of brake, tire and tube are not included in the warranty. We can only provide warranty services if presented with a valid receipt. Exchange will only be granted for the defective part, not for the whole bike. Replacements do not extend the warranty period.

What can I do if my Monopony gets stolen?

In case of theft you will get 20% discount on the purchase of a new model.

Fully assembled

For an extra charge of 70 CHF you can pick up your pre-assambled Monopony directly at our office in Zurich. An appointment is needed.
Special Edition bikes are all pre-assembled for no extra cost.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs throughout Switzerland are 30 CHF. As soon as we receive your payment for the singlespeed and the shipping costs, the Monopony will be sent to you. The shipping takes 2-4 business days.
